Whether you’re eating lunch with a client, or meeting a business partner for the first time–it’s all about how you present yourself. Protocol to Profits gives you critical techniques for improving behavior and manners in any business situation. As international and global business continues to expand and bring people closer, the most important element of successful business outcomes may be the appreciation and respect for cultural differences – known as cultural diversity. Classes are facilitated by Michelle Goodman, an expert in image consulting and etiquette.

Table and Dining Etiquette & Table Manners is a major aspect of this course and we end the class demonstrating what we have learned dining at a fine Pittsburgh restaurant.
